Roles & Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers via phone calls, providing information about NEET-PG/FMGE courses.
Convert leads into sales and ensure smooth handover to the post-sales team.
Manage and update customer information in our CRM or sales software.
Collaborate with the sales manager for daily reporting and performance tracking.
Assist in developing and executing strategies for user acquisition and sales growth.
Qualifications:
Requirements and skills-
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational course selling or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM management or similar sales software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
