Roles and Responsibilities
• 0.6 months to 2 years of experience as Education Sales.
• Convert the Walk-ins into admissions for the education courses we provide.
• Handling outbound calls/Inbound calls to explain the products/courses.
• Ensure meeting the sales/ revenue targets set for the branch.
• Making calls to the cold leads regularly.
• Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.
• Strong follow-ups for generating walk-ins.
• Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counseling as per the timelines.

• Sales : Commission-based incentives, bonuses for reaching quotas, contests, and awards.
• Customer Loyalty : Points-based reward systems, referral bonuses, and exclusive promotions.
• Employee Performance : Recognition programs, financial bonuses for meeting goals, team-based rewards, and non-monetary perks like travel or gifts.
