Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students using provided data and converting leads into successful admissions for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to explain the admission process, course details, and benefits of our programs.
• Understand the academic and financial preferences of students and recommend suitable courses and universities.
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes.
• Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets.
• Provide guidance and counseling to students and parents regarding career paths and course selection.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and their families.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English and regional languages preferred).
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or educational counseling is a plus.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to meet targets.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?9,000.00 per month
