Exp : 2-3 years of experience ( Immediate Joiner) Salary : As per current market : The Education Sales Counselor is responsible for engaging potential students, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments. This role is crucial in driving revenue and supporting students throughout their educational journey by providing guidance on courses, processing billing, and managing records. The counselor will handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and existing students. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Counseling & Conversion: Engage walk-in inquiries, conduct counseling sessions, and provide detailed information on courses and certifications. Convert inquiries into enrollments, achieving monthly billing targets. Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated via telephonic, SMS, toll-free, and online platforms. Ensure that all potential inquiries are nurtured into walk-in appointments for counseling sessions. Billing & Collection: Manage the collection of monthly installments from existing students. Update and maintain standard records of billing, following up on any outstanding payments as required. Student Upgrades: Identify opportunities for current students to upgrade or expand their course packages and certifications. Counsel students on additional programs that align with their career goals. Testing Center Administration: Oversee the administration of the Online Testing Center, ensuring smooth operations as per the authorized testing guidelines. Installment Information & Communication: Communicate information on upcoming installments due for the month in a clear, professional manner. Address any questions or concerns students may have regarding their payment schedules. Reporting & Documentation: Complete and submit all required reports accurately and on time. Maintain and update student records regularly, ensuring data integrity. Documentation Compliance: Adhere strictly to the Documentation & Report Checklist, ensuring consistency and thoroughness in all reporting activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field; preference for backgrounds in Education, Sales, or Counseling. Proven experience in sales counseling, preferably within an education or training environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple inquiries and student records. Key Competencies: Sales-driven and target-oriented Customer-focused with an ability to empathize and guide students Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
