Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated

Education Counselor

to guide students and parents in choosing the right academic courses, programs, or career paths. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to provide personalized counseling based on the student's needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic and career counseling to students and parents. Guide students in choosing suitable courses, programs, and career paths based on their interests and abilities. Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and program benefits. Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. Organize seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions. Collaborate with universities, colleges, and training institutes to offer educational opportunities. Stay updated with industry trends, new courses, and admission processes. Support students with visa applications, education loans, and other related requirements (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or career guidance is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand and address students' concerns effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Fluency in English and [Other Local Languages] (if required). A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach towards students and parents.
