We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing academic guidance and support to students, helping them make informed decisions about their education and career paths. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the educational landscape, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.

•Key Responsibilities: •

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students' academic, personal, and social needs.

- Assist students in setting realistic academic and career goals.

- Provide information about various courses, programs, and career options.

- Administer assessments to evaluate students' abilities, interests, and personality traits.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to identify and address any learning or behavioral issues.

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.

- Organize workshops and seminars on topics such as study skills, time management, and career planning.

- Stay updated on educational trends, requirements, and opportunities.

•Qualifications: •

- Bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Proven experience as an education counselor or in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Empathetic and patient with a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
