Designation : Counsellor ( Education )

Roles & Responsibilities:

Should have atleast 1+ Years of experience as counsellor in education industr y

• Must From a Education Counselling background.
• Shall be responsible for achieving the weekly/monthly admission target of the center.
• Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentations in Colleges / Schools , other coaching and all educational institutions.
• Shall be responsible for admission process(documentation), batch formation, giving career seminars at education institutes, schools, colleges, etc.
• Facilitate data management, and managing/ preparing MIS.
• Analysis of Competitors & Analysis of Team
• Shall be responsible for Planning marketing activities , creating budget plan , implementation of time to time activities to get admissions.
• Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.
• Career Counselling for prospective applicants and their parents, both over the phone and in-Person, during the admission process
• Entitled for Telephonic Counselling ,Video Counselling if required.
• Helping students to choose right course in right college
• Managing complete admission process
• Regular follow up with leads
• Converting students and enquiries to admissions
• Regular activities to convert negative leads into positive leads.
• Candidate will be responsible for calling and handling of students
• Candidate must have proven a good admission conversion in their previous jobs
• Candidate must possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must have had experience in counselling students
• Handling Online and tele campaigns i.e. SMS, Whatsapp campaigns etc.
• Communication with academic institutions schools & Colleges, other education organizations &consultants
• Supporting marketing team for conducting Seminars & workshops
• Shall be responsible to do monthly Students Activity

Job timing: Generally 9 hrs/day, 6 days a week .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,504.99 - ?25,000.00 per month
