• Academic Advising:
• Evaluate students' academic performance and progress.
• Assist students in setting academic goals and developing study plans.
• Provide advice on course selection, academic programs, and educational pathways.
• Career Counseling:
• Help students explore career options and understand the educational requirements for various professions.
• Facilitate career assessments and interpret results to guide career planning.
• Organize workshops and seminars on career development and job search strategies.
• Personal Support:
• Offer support and counseling for personal issues affecting students' academic performance and well-being.
• Provide crisis intervention and refer students to mental health resources if needed.
• College and University Guidance:
• Assist students with college applications, including writing personal statements and preparing for interviews.
• Provide information on financial aid, scholarships, and other funding opportunities.
• Organize college fairs, information sessions, and campus visits.
• Parent and Teacher Collaboration:
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students' academic progress and needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support students' educational and emotional development.
• Record Keeping and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of students' academic progress, counseling sessions, and career plans.
• Prepare reports and presentations on student outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Program Development:
• Develop and implement counseling programs and workshops that address student needs.
• Stay updated on educational trends and best practices in counseling.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?11,223.87 - ?45,756.80 per month
