• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, service offerings, promotions, and industry trends to handle queries and make informed suggestions.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and progress in CRM or designated software.
• Update daily call logs and reports to the team leader or supervisor.
• Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets as set by the company.
• Ensure prompt follow-ups and closure of leads to meet revenue goals.
• Address customer inquiries about products or services effectively, providing relevant information or support.
• Initiate cold and warm calling to generate leads, answer customer queries, and pitch services.
• Gather customer feedback to understand product or service improvements needed.
