Responsibilities

Generate revenue through structured tele-counseling sessions about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved to prospects and convert them to paid enrolments.
Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone and email
Achieving the weekly/monthly targets in a high-pressure performance-driven competitive environment
Identifying references through existing students\xe2\x80\x99 bases to increase the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Business Growth fields like Sales and marketing.
Proven experience in student counselling, preferably in the EdTech industry with US Clients
Strong understanding of different career fields.
Exemplary sales and negotiation skills while having a student-first approach.
Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively - oral and written
