Education Times Study Abroad is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through the process of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for international education and a strong understanding of visa processes, cultural adaptation, and educational opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise students on study abroad opportunities, application processes, and program selection.
• Assist with visa applications, accommodation arrangements, and travel plans.
• Organise and conduct informational sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
• Collaborate with academic departments and external partners to facilitate study abroad programs.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to students before, during, and after their study abroad experience.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student interactions and program details.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field. (Not Necessary)
• Prior experience in international education or student advising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of visa regulations and international education systems.

Experience Needed:

• Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience in international education or student advising.

Salary:

• Rs. 20,000- 30,000, commensurate with experience.

Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Working Days:

• Monday to Saturday
