Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and their parents on MAAC's courses and career opportunities in Media and Entertainment.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective guidance and follow-ups.
• Manage walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads, providing timely and professional responses.
• Assist students in identifying courses aligned with their career aspirations.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.
• Ensure a positive experience for all students and address their queries effectively.

Requirements:

• Freshers or Minimum of 1 year of experience in Acadamic counselling or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
