Job Summary:

CadDesk is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Education Counsellor to join our team. The role involves providing guidance to students and professionals interested in pursuing educational and career opportunities in the design and engineering fields. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi, and will be able to assist students in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling:
• Provide one-on-one counseling to students and professionals seeking guidance on educational programs and career paths in design, engineering, and related fields.
• Advise students on course selection, career opportunities, and academic growth based on their interests and aspirations.
• Course Information & Guidance:
• Educate students about CadDesk's offerings, including software training programs, certifications, and career development resources.
• Help students navigate through the various course options and provide detailed information about each program's outcomes.
• Admissions Assistance:
• Assist prospective students with the admissions process, including providing information on enrollment, fee structures, and course schedules.
• Handle student queries regarding documentation, prerequisites, and application procedures.
• Career Development Support:
• Provide insights into career opportunities in design and engineering, including job trends, industry requirements, and growth prospects.
• Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and connecting with potential employers or internships.
• Follow-up & Progress Monitoring:
• Regularly follow up with enrolled students to track their progress and offer support where needed.
• Ensure students are satisfied with their learning experience and provide solutions for any challenges they face.
• Workshops and Seminars:
• Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and seminars to help students stay updated on industry trends, career planning, and professional development.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with the academic team and management to ensure that students' needs are met and program delivery is aligned with expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Additional certifications in counseling, career guidance, or educational advising would be a plus.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in educational counseling, career guidance, or student relations is preferred.
• Experience in the design/engineering education sector would be an added advantage.
• Languages:
• Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good understanding of educational programs and career pathways in the design and engineering sectors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Personal Attributes:
• Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their goals.
• Ability to build relationships with students, parents, and peers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,208.92 - ?20,000.00 per month
