We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counselor with a strong understanding of the animation industry and a proven ability to guide and enroll students in animation programs. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of animation courses, and experience in consultative selling. This role involves counseling prospective students on course options, understanding their career goals, and assisting them in selecting the right animation program to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counseling : Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their aspirations, goals, and background.
• Program Guidance : Educate students about the animation courses offered, including course content, career paths, and opportunities in the animation industry.
• Sales and Enrollment : Effectively communicate the value of the animation programs and guide students through the enrollment process, helping them choose courses that match their career ambitions.
• Relationship Building : Build strong, positive relationships with students to inspire trust and confidence in the course offerings.
• Follow-Up : Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and messages to address inquiries, offer additional information, and encourage enrollment.
• Market Research : Stay updated on animation industry trends, competitor programs, and in-demand skills to provide accurate information and position courses effectively.
• Career Counseling : Provide advice on job prospects, internships, and career growth opportunities related to the animation courses.
• Feedback and Improvement : Gather feedback from students and make recommendations to improve counseling techniques and course offerings.
• Record Management : Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in the admissions system.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Animation, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in educational counseling or consultative sales, with a focus on selling animation or design courses.
• Industry Knowledge : Strong knowledge of the animation field, including industry standards, career options, and in-demand skills.
• Sales Skills : Proven track record in achieving enrollment or sales targets and converting leads into students.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present course information clearly and effectively.
• Empathy and Patience : Ability to understand students' needs and concerns, providing guidance with a patient and supportive approach.
• Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
