Key Responsibilities: 1. Assess clients' educational needs and learning preferences to recommend suitable courses or educational resources. 2. Provide detailed information about educational programs, including course structure, curriculum, fees, and enrollment procedures. 3. Identify and prioritize high-potential leads for further follow-up and conversion. 4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the CRM system. 5. Update lead status, notes, and feedback to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with other team members. 6. Assist clients in navigating the complexities of the stock market by providing educational materials, resources, and tools. 7. Initiating contact with potential customers through cold calls.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
? Strong understanding of share market fundamentals and investment products.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Previous experience in education counseling, financial advisory, or customer service roles is an advantage.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
