Admissions Responsibilities:
• Counsel prospective students via phone, email, and in person.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into admissions.
• Resolve queries from students and parents.
• Maintain effective communication until the learner is onboarded.
• Adhere to admission guidelines and policies.
• Generate periodic MIS reports.
• Promote admissions through activities, workshops, and presentations.
Academics Responsibilities:
• Maintain schedules and academic data records.
• Ensure smooth operation of student-related activities.
• Organize events and induction programs.
• Participate in educational events and engage with the student community.
• Implement planners and curriculum materials.
• Track assignments, resource distribution, exams, and evaluations.
Operations & Administration Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with staff for effective academic and non-academic activities.
• Assist in fee collection.
• Oversee vendor and faculty payments.
• Maintain records of students, faculty, resources, and infrastructure.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Lead Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in undergraduate and postgraduate counseling.
• Ability to handle face-to-face and tele-counseling.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
