Key Responsibilities: - Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students and guide them in selecting appropriate courses based on their goals and qualifications. - Application Management: Process and verify student applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted. - Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with applicants to encourage timely submissions and increase enrollment rates. - Enrollment Targets: Work towards achieving or surpassing set enrollment targets. - Collaboration: Coordinate with academic departments for timely application evaluations. - Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries from students and parents. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and application statuses. - Reporting: Update management regularly on the status of applications and provide insights to improve the admissions process. - Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and activities.
