We are hiring Education Counsellor Location - Agra Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective and current students.
Assess students\' educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and interests to recommend suitable IT courses.
Provide detailed information on course content, prerequisites, and potential career paths.
Develop and present informational sessions and webinars about IT courses.
Guide students through the enrollment process, including application submission, registration, and financial aid options.
Advise students on potential career opportunities and industry trends in the IT field.
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of new counseling strategies and programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
Previous experience in academic advising, career counseling, or student services, preferably in the IT or education sector.
Familiarity with IT courses and career paths.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
