Job Title : Education Counselor (IT Courses)

Location : Hadapsar, Pune.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Education Counselor specializing in IT courses such as Python, Data Science, DevOps, SAP MM, and others, to join our reputable IT Training Institute. As an Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in advising prospective students on our diverse range of IT programs, guiding them through the enrollment process, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive consultations with prospective students to assess their educational goals, technical background, and career aspirations.

- Recommend appropriate IT courses based on individual needs, interests, and skill levels, including Python programming, Data Science, DevOps methodologies, SAP MM, and other relevant technologies.

- Provide detailed information about course curriculum, learning outcomes, certification options, and career pathways associated with each IT program.

- Assist students in understanding the prerequisites, course schedules, and enrollment procedures.

- Conduct informative sessions and workshops to highlight the benefits of IT training programs offered by the institute.

- Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers to stay updated on course content, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment status using CRM software or similar tools.

- Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, or in-person meetings to provide additional information and address any concerns they may have.

- Support marketing efforts by participating in promotional events, webinars, and social media campaigns to attract potential students.

- Stay current with developments in the IT industry to provide relevant and timely advice to students and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience as an Education Counselor, Academic Advisor, or similar role in an IT training or educational institution.

- In-depth knowledge of IT courses and certifications such as Python, Data Science, DevOps, SAP MM, etc.

- Strong understanding of IT industry trends, job market demands, and career opportunities.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and educational counseling tools.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
