Job Title: Admission Counsellor (Sales) - Female Candidates Only

Location : MAAC Guntur, Guntur

Job Type: Full-time

Experience : At least 1 year

Salary: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

We are looking for a friendly and motivated female Admission Counsellor to join our team at MAAC Guntur. You will help with admissions by making phone calls, following up with potential students, and providing excellent customer service. You must speak both English and Telugu.

Main Duties:

- Make up to 100 phone calls each day to potential students and their families.

- Encourage people to visit our institute through phone calls.

- Talk to walk-in visitors about our courses and try to get them to enroll.

- Follow up with potential students to answer their questions and keep them updated on the admission process.

- Create daily and weekly reports on your call activities and results.

- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, admission counsellor, education counsellor, or in a similar role.

- Must speak both English and Telugu.

- Able to handle a high number of calls and counselling sessions daily.

- Able to use CRM software and other office tools.

- Patient and able to handle stress.
