• Help a student identify their life vision and develop a detailed plan for them to work toward it and develop holistically.
• Strategic planning of a students profile to maximize chances of admission to Ivy League colleges.
• Build a deep know-how of what it takes to build a differentiated profile to gain admission.
• Recommend best subject selection and strategic academic/standardized testing decisions to ensure students future success.
• Ideate independent projects that will help the student build their profile.
• Guiding the students through the implementation of creative projects - ranging from the sciences and social sciences to the arts and humanities.
• Monitor and review student growth and suggest corrective measures to ensure students future success.
• Ensure that the operations and activities are smoothly conducted for the best interest of the students and their goals.
• Conduct student and parent meetings (with Managers, Consulting), understand the nuances of student/parent needs and address them effectively and elegantly, and communicate student progress periodically.
• Contribute to skill building of the students via Academies.
• Support with Writing team with creative content.

• Bachelors/Masters degree from a study abroad college.

• 2-5 years of work experience.
