As a Career Services Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting with professionals, parents, and students, introducing them to the benefits of FutureCaptains, and guiding them through our range of services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our services, and the ability to engage clients effectively. Responsibilities: Connect with professionals, parents, and students to understand their career needs and aspirations. Educate clients about FutureCaptains\' services and how they can benefit from them. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and engagement. Provide detailed information on our services and assist clients in choosing the most suitable options. Use CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage client interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records. Leverage social media platforms to connect with potential clients and promote FutureCaptains\' services. Conduct presentations and webinars to showcase our offerings and answer client questions. Collaborate with the counseling and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or career services industry. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup. Experience in using CRM software, such as HubSpot or similar platforms. Strong social media presence and proficiency in using social media for business purposes. A natural people person with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Ability to simplify complex information and explain it in a clear and concise manner. Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets. Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field preferred. Female candidates aged 35 and above are preferred.
