Position Overview



We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented

EdTech Sales Specialist

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of engaging with international leads, building meaningful client relationships, and driving enrollments for ARULA's autism therapy program.

This role is contractual for the first year, with an opportunity to transition into a permanent position upon demonstrating exceptional performance. Candidates with a background in edutech sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Engagement



Identify and engage with international leads through strategic digital campaigns, outreach, and referrals. Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients across global markets.

Sales & Enrollment Management



Drive enrollments by converting 20-30 leads per month (a target consistently achieved by our top performers). Present ARULA's unique offerings effectively, showcasing the program's transformative benefits for families. Utilize consultative selling techniques to tailor solutions to client needs and priorities.

Client Relationship Building



Follow up with leads regularly to ensure successful conversions. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to drive referrals and retention.

Performance Reporting & Collaboration



Monitor, track, and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with goals and KPIs. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine the sales process and enhance client engagement strategies.

What We're Looking For



Qualifications



Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience



6 months to 1 year of proven sales experience (preferably in edutech, Aakash, Allen, Jamboree, UpGrad, etc.). Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, especially in international markets.

Skills



Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Expertise in managing and converting international leads. A consultative selling approach focused on understanding client needs.

What's In It for You?



Competitive Compensation



Base Salary:

Up to ?30,000 per month.

Incentives:

10% flat commission on revenue above a specific number of enrollments. Opportunity to earn up to ?1,00,000 in monthly incentives based on performance.

Career Growth & Benefits



Annual salary increments based on performance. Surprise performance bonuses to reward exceptional contributions. Contractual role for the first year with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

Work Environment



WFH option available on Saturdays (or any other selected days) after the first 2 months. High-performing candidates may transition to US/Canada/UK shift timings, with 80% WFH flexibility for consistent top performers.
