The Role
•As an EDS Coordinator with Worley, • you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
• Customize E3D & PDMS catalog for Piping specifications, Piping specialty, Instruments, Pipe supports, Piping assemblies, Insulation and Tracing specifications, etc.
• Troubleshooting E3D & PDMS software issue related to catalogue and provide user-support to project resources
• Maintain the catalogue database as per project requirement
• Continually seeking opportunities to increase end-user satisfaction
• Implement any automation tools that will benefit the project.
• Prepare Project specific job notes and provide application trainings related to E3D & PDMS catalogue.
• Coordinate with 3D Admin, Piping and piping engineering discipline users to resolve any issues related to catalogue.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Diploma in Engineering with atleast 2 years Hands on experience in the following:
+ Spec writing using text file method
+ Cataloging of all piping components in PARAGON module
+ Knowledge of DESIGN module for placement testing
+ Knowledge of old and new bolting methods in E3D
+ Knowledge of writing PML1/2/.net and C# programs, and Visual basic .Net
+ Basic knowledge of ANSI, EN dimensional standards
• Knowledge of Engineering workflow in an EPC environment.
• Knowledge of Piping Materials, codes and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective oral and written communication skills required.
