Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth functioning of all computer systems, servers, and network hardware within the organization.
• Software Management: Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications used in the automobile industry, including inventory and billing software.
• Data Management: Maintain databases, ensure data backups, and manage data retrieval processes.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with IT policies, implement cybersecurity measures, and monitor for any security breaches.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for hardware procurement, software updates, and maintenance services.
• Documentation: Maintain records of all IT-related inventory, service agreements, and system configurations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in EDP/IT services, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and networking.
• Familiarity with automobile ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
