• Technical Support: Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist hotel staff with technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain all IT systems, including property management systems, point of sale systems, and guest Wi-Fi services. Perform regular backups and updates to ensure system reliability.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions for hotel staff on new technologies and software applications to enhance their proficiency and productivity.
• Network Management: Assist in the management of the hotel's network infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity for staff and guests.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and other peripherals. Assist in procurement and setup of new hardware.
• Collaboration: Work with various departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that improve operations and enhance the guest experience.
