Job Description

:

The job duties of an EDM or electrical discharge machine operator include the

setup and programming of EDM equipment to ensure proper functionality when making precision parts for tool-makers and designers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This person will also be expected to provide guidance and support to other operators, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate EDM machines to cut and shape various precision parts. Efficiently programming EDM machines to guarantee accurate and high-quality output. Independently executing defined work processes, from setup to machining. Conducting routine machine maintenance to ensure sustained functionality. Monitor machines during production runs to adjust machine controls and prevent errors.
Requirements'

Proven experience as an EDM machine programmer and operator. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to safety practices and industry standards. Ability to work with Non - Standard roles. The operator should have sound knowledge in Sparking machine operating.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
