:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wirecut EDM Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining Wirecut EDM machines, ensuring high precision and quality in machining parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Wirecut EDM Machines: Set up and operate Wirecut EDM machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Programming: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files, and program the EDM machine accordingly.
• Precision Machining: Ensure high accuracy and precision in cutting complex and intricate parts.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the EDM machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Process Optimization: Continuously monitor the EDM process, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and maintenance logs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wirecut EDM Operator.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, CAD/CAM programming, and using precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of EDM machining principles, materials, and cutting parameters.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation and part quality.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

Education:

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related field is preferred.
