About the Role

Publishing Solutions vertical and consists of highly educated Subject Matter Experts in various fields of Science. All team members have studied their subject field up to Masters level and are well-informed of the developments in their field in Science. The team provides Manuscript & Editorial support services including - SNAPP, Transfer Desk Services, and Nature Editorial Services to name a few.

The NRjs/NComms team handles manuscripts after peer review acceptance to conduct a) Reproducibility checks to ensure that the methods performed in the study have been reported in accordance with Nature\'s policies, b) AIP checks which include formatting and subject matter checks.

Roles Responsibilities:

- Perform quality check (QC) on new/amended/revised Manuscripts as per EA guidelines

- Invite and securing Editorial Board Member (EBM) for the manuscript

- Communicate with Authors/Editors

- Understand the scope and suggest journals to the author (Transfers)

- Handle queries from editors, authors and reviewers

- Track and complete assigned tasks within timeline

- Achieve/exceed set quality and productivity targets

- Share knowledge and best practices with peers/team

Educational Qualification: Master\'s in any discipline of Sciences.

Place of Work: 1201/1301, Building No. 5 (R3), Gera Commerzone, Kharadi, Pune (Working in Hybrid Model)
