Job Title : Edible Oil Packing Officer

Experience : 4+ Years

Salary : ?5-8 LPA

Location : Gandhidham

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of edible oil packing lines.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and hygiene standards in the packing process.
• Monitor packing machinery performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise and train the packing team to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for seamless supply chain management.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on packing operations and inventory usage.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other relevant standards.

Key Skills :

• Strong understanding of edible oil packing machinery and processes.
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards, particularly in the FMCG sector.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues efficiently.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in quality management or packaging processes are an advantage.
