Job Description
Designation : Support Consultant
:
4-5 years of proven experience in EDI onboarding and integration support and understanding of support processes and ticketing system .
o Strong understanding of XML, JSON, API, EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and protocols.
o Good Understanding of X12 200 and 300 series documents
o Knowledge of Webservices and API methods and troubleshooting.
o Strong understanding of network protocols and security concepts related to EDI communication.
o Familiarity with TMS systems and logistics transportation processes.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with project management awareness
o Excellent troubleshooting skills
o Core Java experience (optional)
o Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
o Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to EDI.
o Ready to work in UK/EU working hrs
o Experience with Ticketing system tools
