Job Description
:Responsibilities:
- Analyzes, designs, codes, constructs and tests SB2Bi maps, envelopes, integration components for core (common) system as well as configuring SB2Bi for client-specific processing.
- Provides day-to-day Operational Support for SB2Bi mapping components.
- Supports multi-industry; multi-tenant platform.
- Provides/Requires 5-8 + years of expertise in the SB2Bi product especially in the area of map development and integration.
- Creates, maintains and updates SB2Bi maps as required.
- Troubleshoots and resolves production issues for SB2Bi maps.
- Codes and constructs translation software components as required.
- Reviews and validates translation application requirements.
- Review, develop, and maintain translation specifications design documents, system and user documentation (as required)
- Conducts or supports unit, system/integration testing.
- Support DXC Business Exchange Services (BES) EDI translation platform, clients and the onboarding of new trading partners into 1EDISource or Sterling Integrator
- Analyze, develop, and unit test maps in 1EDISource or Sterling Integrator to support BES Global Shared Platform (GSP) clients requirements.
- Provides second and third level support for mapping and production application issues.
