FunctionResearch & Development - JaipurPay BandM3 to M5RoleEDD- EmissionA purpose driven role for youThe Role is to maintain the smooth operation of Emission Lab's chassis dyno and emission systemsA Day in the life Daily Planning of Emission and Performance testing activities on Chassis dyno and delegation of
work within the team ensuring the tasks are completed within timeframe
Daily checks on Emission system and calibration
Perpetration of monthly utilization sheet of Emission labs, climatic chamber, fuel consumption and
Gas consumption
Ensuring downtime of the lab is minimized
Report preparation as per emission legislation
In-House monthly calibration of Analyzer Linearity, Propane injection check, Nox convertor efficiency
check (through GDC& SAO)
Intra & Inter Lab co-relation trials within and outside CIT NABL LabsAcademic Qualification & ExperienceBE / B. Tech.Technical Skills/Knowledge Expertise and in depth Knowledge of Emission system RAW & CVS,
Horiba-1, AMAI-60, CVS-1 etc
Very good knowledge of Indian and Europian Emission norms
In Depth knowledge of various test cycles preparation in automation
system as per new legislation, knowledge of Scripting as per new
interfacing of instruments/channel in each specific test.
Hands on experience of various automation software like STAR VETS,
PUMA, IGEM etcBehavioural Skills Familiar and experienced in using project management tools
Understanding time and cost implications and its control
