Description

As the Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring events are successfully executed from start to finish. You will lead a team of event professionals, coordinating closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high standards are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of event professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the entire event execution process, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.
• Manage event budgets, tracking and controlling all costs.
• Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure all deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and technical teams, for smooth event execution.
• Handle event staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify improvement areas.
• Manage the launch of new event programs in the region and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide support for resolving any event execution issues in the region.
• Attend selected in-person and digital events to ensure quality and standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in operations within e-commerce, construction, or manufacturing industries, managing large teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in managing production, operations, and labor teams for comprehensive operational tasks.
• Proven experience in planning and strategizing to manage large teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,400,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
