Overview:
Seeking an experienced E-commerce Website Handler to oversee and optimize our online sales platform. This role requires expertise in online sales processing, supply chain management, and exceptional customer communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Coordination:
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Customer Communication:
- Engage with customers to resolve queries and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Website Management:
- Oversee functionality and user experience of the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate and optimized product listings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online payment systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Salary- 3-5 per annum.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
