E-commerce Warehouse Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff including picking, packing, and shipping of online orders. Ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, and timely dispatch of products. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse. Train new team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols. Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support as needed. Work closely with the inventory and customer service teams to resolve order or stock-related issues. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools for order tracking and inventory control. Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency. Conduct routine stock checks and support stocktaking activities.
