Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Portal Specialist to manage our company's presence on Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, and other ecommerce platforms, along with managing our WordPress website. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, managing inventory, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, and other ecommerce platforms, ensuring product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are always available to meet customer demand.
• Analyze sales performance and make recommendations for product pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies.
• Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Manage our WordPress website, including creating and updating content, optimizing for search engines, and ensuring website performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency across all ecommerce platforms.
• Ensure compliance with ecommerce platform policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Monitor and report on ecommerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve ecommerce strategies and tactics to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 years of experience in ecommerce, with a focus on Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, and other ecommerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, best practices, and trends.
• Experience with WordPress, including website design, development, and optimization.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ecommerce tools, including data analytics, inventory management, and marketing automation.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
