Gotraka, Sanskrit for Family, is determined to change the way we buy tech. We love new tech, we love gaming, and we love putting our old unused tech to good use. We want to develop and grow how we do this to help reduce the amount of e-waste that is produced globally. We are looking for an Ecommerce Administrator to help us with our day to day management of our Ecommerce Platforms, from Amazon Seller Central to Shopify. If you are great at building relationships, keeping calm under pressure, meticulous and organised we would love to hear from you. Daily role include, not limited to: Managing products on our platforms Handling RMA\'s Handling Return Requests Liaising with Customers Marketplace monitoring and handling So what are we looking for in the ideal candidate All we ask is that you can read/write English fluently Commercially minded Can do and positive attitude Able to work UK hours Located in Pune Immediate joiner or within 3 weeks What we will provide Excellent office space Training Top of the line equipment A career in the fast moving tech industry Great workplace benefits Upto 3.0 LPA Salary per annum with the ability to grow.
