We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Ecommerce Business Operations Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients through voice interactions on social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ecommerce orders, shipping, returns, and other related concerns via voice channels on social media platforms.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding order status, product availability, and company policies.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
• Adhere to strict quality standards and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
Prerequisites:
• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO voice process
• Languages: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Shift Timings: 6 days working with 1 day rotational off; Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Selection Process:
• VERSANT Voice Test: Score of 4 or above
• AMCAT: Score of 54 or above
• Typing Test: 30 words per minute with 85% accuracy
• Assessor Interview: Voice assessment in both English and Hindi
• Operations Round: Stability checks
