Position Summary \xe2\x80\x93

To assist and effectively support brand management daily operations of the brand\xe2\x80\x99s products to ensure continuing contribution to business volume, share, profit and return on assets objectives. You will be responsible for managing relationships with ecommerce portals & the marketplace sellers, operations, networks and 3P vendors to ensure flawless and timely execution of various marketing activities.

  • Manage aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing & eCommerce analytics.
  • Planning & Forecasting - SKU, Channel & Geographic wise.
  • Ensuring Availability, Visibility of portfolio.
  • Working closely with E-com Buyers & SCM to avoid out of stock concerns.
  • Execution of Consumer Promotional Offer with Buyers.
  • Anchoring achievement of Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year.
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the eCommerce strategy
  • To drive online sales on Ecommerce platforms as per assigned target & ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales action plan is aligned with the channel partners.
  • Manage the user experience of the eCommerce portals including site navigation, content development, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members and drive efficiency in promotions and campaigns through the insights driven from the analytics.
  • Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop eCommerce solutions
  • Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
  • Provide inputs to Digital Marketing team on Content, Catalogue, App, Social Media campaigns etc.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Full-time university degree in Sales/Marketing or a related area with Minimum 4 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
  • Proven leadership of large eCommerce projects
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
