Job Title: E-commerce Sales Specialist (2 days on site - rest remote, Part-Time)

Little Smart is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Sales Specialist to join our team on a part-time/full-time, remote basis. Need to work at least 2 days from our office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing products on various e-commerce platforms and driving sales growth through strategic advertising and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

o? ?List and manage products on multiple e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, and Snapdeal.

o? ?Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and drive revenue.

o? ?Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns across different platforms.

o? ?Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

o? ?Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

o? ?Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

o? ?Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and platform policies to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

o? ?Generate regular reports on sales performance, ad spend, and ROI for review by management.

Requirements:

o? ?Proven experience in e-commerce sales and product listing on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, and Snapdeal.

o? ?Strong understanding of online sales strategies, advertising, and promotions.

o? ?Proficient in using e-commerce tools and analytics to track and report on performance.

o? ?Excellent communication and customer service skills.

o? ?Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

o? ?High attention to detail and organizational skills.

o? ?Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing practices is a plus.

Compensation:

o? ?Salary is competitive and dependent on experience and skills. You can either opt for a fixed salary or you can opt for commissions model. Please reach out for more information.
