Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Myntra, and company website).
• Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and conversion.
• Coordinate with the product team to manage inventory, ensuring that all products are available for purchase.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and PPC.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner. Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve products and services.
• Analyze sales data, website traffic, and other key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
• Ensure the e-commerce website is functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
• Create and manage content for product descriptions, blogs, and other online materials.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand voice and guidelines.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve online sales and customer retention.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall business success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?27,343.11 per month
