E-commerce QA Tester

Location : Nava Vadaj, Ahmedabad

Experience Required : 3+ years

Role Description :

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce QA Tester proficient in both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and knowledge, ensuring the robustness and reliability of our e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies for Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Identify and analyze software defects, performing root cause analysis.
• Conduct security testing and optimize system performance.
• Adhere to and improve QA processes and methodologies.
• Communicate testing progress, issues, and results effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Assess and validate user experience, gathering and analyzing feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Tester in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
