About the RoleThe GenDigital eCommerce Product Team is responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of great digital experience to our prospects, customers, and partners. We want them to discover, transact and get help online so that we can deliver on our mission to enable people in protecting their digital lives.What You Will Do in This RoleThe eCommerce product team is looking for an experienced Product Manager who will focus on global eCommerce enablement.In this role, you will be responsible for developing, championing, and executing projects that focus on the existing customer base experiences.The ideal candidate will have experience in developing features & executing customer facing experiences.The likely candidate will own the product discovery process and collaborate with the business, user experience and engineering teams to release viable product features meeting all the needs of the stakeholder.You will lead major cross-functional initiatives which will launch new features and functions that support the team\xe2\x80\x99s ability to market, sell and transact around the globe.What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need to be Successful in this RoleMBA preferred, Master\'s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)5+ years of product management experience is required3+ years of product experience in managing e-commerce checkout platformAbility to influence management as well as technical and non-technical team membersExcellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and the proven ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members; relationship building skills conducive to partnershipGrowth mindset \xe2\x80\x93 unrestrained curiosity and drive in identifying continuous opportunitiesCreative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and manage ambiguityProven track record of bringing best in class customer-facing products to marketAbility to concurrently manage multiple short / long term initiatives with varying degrees of complexity and urgencyAbility to work with minimal supervision, thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-taskMust be detail oriented and be able to think through complex problemsAbility to act as the product champion, evangelizing the product vision effectively to senior-level stakeholdersGen is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
