We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Product Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the online product catalog, optimizing product listings, and driving sales performance across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end process of listing products on e-commerce platforms, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.
• Regularly update product information to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Sales Performance Optimization:
• Analyze product performance and sales trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Implement strategies to improve product visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Recommend pricing and promotional strategies based on market insights.
• Inventory and Stock Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
• Ensure timely replenishment of popular products.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional content.
• Collaborate with customer service to address product-related queries and feedback.
• Platform Management:
• Manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart).
• Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and policies.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on product performance, sales, and key metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce or digital product management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
