We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager at Almond Books (OPC) Pvt. Ltd, a Book Publishing Company based in Mumbai (Kandivali West). Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and process online orders through platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and more.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle orders placed by book distributors.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
- Generate invoices for all orders.
- Oversee the packing and labeling of books for shipment.
- Ensure that all packages are prepared for shipping in a timely manner.
- Oversee and maintain relationships with vendors, including printers, courier aggregators, and others.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
- Handle day-to-day customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- College Graduate (Any stream).
- Prior experience working at an e-commerce company is required.
- Experience in book publishing is not mandatory but is considered a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
