Tedhi Medhi Family, an upcoming Content to Commerce brand is looking for E-commerce operations executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Job Responsibility:

• Order Processing: Process sales orders received from customers, ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and finance, to facilitate order fulfillment and timely delivery
• Customer Communication: Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and assist with order status updates.
• Maintain positive and professional customer relationships.
• Develop a solid understanding of our products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages
• Stay updated with product updates, industry trends, and market dynamics to effectively support the design team.
• Propose and implement solutions to enhance sales support efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Must have:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Graduation in commerce/arts/science
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Customer-focused approach and ability to build positive relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and work well with cross-functional teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,413.41 - ?12,000.00 per month
