We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to oversee the end-to-end operations of our e-commerce and B2B platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, dispatch, and logistics while maintaining strong coordination with delivery partners. Proficiency in tools like Uniware, Zoho, and Google Suites is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing:
• Manage order fulfillment across B2B and e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and track order status, addressing issues promptly.
• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for product availability and packaging.
2. B2B and E-commerce Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of B2B and e-commerce channels.
• Optimize processes for both platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights for improving operational strategies.
3. Invoices and Documentation:
• Generate and process invoices for B2B and e-commerce orders.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices against purchase orders.
4. Dispatch and Logistics:
• Coordinate dispatch schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
• Work closely with logistics partners to manage shipping timelines and resolve delivery issues.
• Optimize shipping methods and costs to improve operational efficiency.
5. Tools and Platforms Expertise:
• Utilize Uniware and Zoho for inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
• Leverage Google Suites for documentation, communication, and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate data across all platforms and tools.
6. Delivery Partner Management:
• Establish and maintain agreements with delivery partners.
• Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
• Build relationships with partners to address challenges and negotiate better terms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Uniware, Zoho, and Google Suites.
• Strong understanding of logistics and delivery processes.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in handling B2B platforms and order processing.
• Familiarity with delivery partner agreements and contract management.
• Knowledge of industry trends in e-commerce logistics and operations.
