We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibility:
• Managing the catalogue and the regular updates.
• Managing products catalogues ensuring products are listed accurately.
• Manage Feedback Data in CRM.
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• To provide regular training and if there are any doubts or issues, and then need to coordinate & provide solution.
• Visit the client location and give the onsite training to our clients (If required).
• Team Handling Activities.
Qualification:
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Any Graduation
• MBA (Preferred)
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Experience Range:
• 2 - 5 Years.
Work Hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Note: Candidates should be prepared to extend their shift as per business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
