Job Description


Our client is a new-age, easy to use skincare infused makeup brand. All its products are clean, vegan and subjected to strict quality checks before they reach the end consumer. They are sold through its own website as well as popular ecommerce portals.

Founded in 2021 by a New York University alumnus, our client is a part of a large legacy business group with interests in speciality chemicals, real estate, power production equipment and wealth management.

As a Ecommerce Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our campaigns across marketplaces.

What you will do:

- Developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with the company\'s goals

- Driving revenue growth through effective management of online channels, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa

- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for business expansion and improving market position

- Implementing strategies to enhance online sales performance and conversion rates

- Continuously analyzing customer data, website metrics, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement

- Optimizing product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer experience to maximize sales and customer satisfaction

- Executing, monitoring and optimizing the performance of campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart (PPC & DSP) to drive revenue and growth

- Configuring them via the Amazon & Flipkart account manager

- Managing cataloging & branding (A+ content / brand store)

- Working with relevant stakeholders, both internal & external to ensure the regular functioning of all the e-commerce platforms in terms of content, PO fulfillment, marketplace inventory replenishment, payment reconciliations of marketplaces and B2B outright channels

- Working closely with the content team to create compelling product content, including product descriptions, images, and videos

What you need to have:

- 4+ yrs of experience in marketing

- Proven track record of driving growth in your previous roles and ability to show the impact of your work on the company\'s key metrics

- Ability to go deep into the funnel data and segmentation analysis to find opportunities for growth
